Very happy with my purchase. Purchase was easy. Delivery was amazingly quick. Bike came mostly assembled and was expecting more setup. Instructions and the video made it very easy. The rides on mostly country gravel roads and trails have been spectacular.

I could not be happier with my Sinch. It’s perfect for anywhere around town I need to go, and my commute to work is 26 miles each way and the bike has been champing that out every day problem free. Bravo Aventon

We absolutely love the bike. Great value and excellent performance. A few pieces of feedback. The pedals are very low to the ground and sometimes scrape because of the low clearance so you have to watch making turns or on off road adventures with rocks or other debris. The other thing I would suggest to the developers is to allow a lock screen to be implemented in the software for the tablet. Something that disables the bike completely, including peddling. The support agent I talk to suggested you move the battery, but that's not logistically possible every time you ride it. Also, you could just pedal off without a battery. Of course we use a lock, but having a lock screen would be a great first step to protecting my investment.
