Worthless

I ordered this zip lock and it arrived with it locked with nothing to indicate the code to unlock it nor are there any instructions that are helpful changing the code. Essentially a waste of $20. Contact customer service, and the response was less than helpful. If anyone can tell me how to reset the code or the code it was originally given that would be great. I am disappointed as I have had such good customer service with the actual bike purchase.

NO LONGER USEABLE

I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS TO RESET THE CODE BUT IT APPARENTLY DID NOT WORK AND NO LONGER UNLOCKS. YIKES. IT IS NOW USELESS TO ME. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW COME AFTER RESETTING IT TO A NEW CODE THAT I CAN'T OPEN IT/UNLOCK IT. I GET THE IDEA BEHIND THIS TYPE OF LOCK (HELMET) BUT REALLY IT IS A THROW AWAY FOR ME NOW. BE CAREFUL RESETTING THE CODE!
