I'm getting the Level 4 ADV and I'm really excited! I'm getting the rack top bag but was told by an Aventon rep that your twin panniers are not compatible with the rack top bag/quick release adapter. But I saw in a recent comment from 8/11/26 that you offered this person help with finding a compatible pannier bag for the rack top bag/pannier setup. What pannier do you recommend for use with your rack top bag? Thank you!

Bag is easy to install and does not rattle around. Bag is soft so you do not hurt your leg if you bump it getting off the bike. Holds a lot of stuff!

I have a 500.3 and it's in the lakes country of MN with miles of trails and paths and wanting to bring the extra battery along...wondering how the group handles this? Is this bag big enough for the battery...or how do folks carry an extra battery?

Great locking mechanism. I was missing bolts but aventon took care of. 4 small bolts either fell out on the way or a little misshap but aventon took care of it right away. Thank you

I was looking for a quick release bag system as other companies offer them. Because the few I had ordered all had a velcro fastener. None of them worked properly on my rear rack. Then Aventon reached out to me mentioning that they sold a quick release system for their bag. I was very exited to order it and was pleased when I received it. It fit right onto their existing rack on the bike and took 5 min to fix onto the bag. The bag already setup on the bottom for it. I swear I really love Aventon. I am all good now and appreciate Aventon for their quality products and keeping up with the times and their promise to service and especially the technology they have on their bikes for thieft deterent and user friendly app with so many options.

To help with this, we do offer a Quick Release Adapter Plate sold separately that allows for a fast clip-on setup rather than using straps each time.
