No long term use yet but lock works cleanly. Is not light duty for casual quick stops as is fairly heavy.

The Aventon Chain Lock

Bought the chin lock a few days ago. Not as heavy as I though. I read some considered it to heavy but I feel its portable enough for me. Like the description says its for quick errands and using if your close by and or with good pedestrian visibility . I wouldn't feel confident leaving too long, its not very thick but a good deterrent for quick stops.

The covering is nicely put on with no tears or ripping and seems secured. Testing the locking system works well, but need to make sure its locked when turning the key if not the lock doesn't connect and can be pulled open.
