Received my bike in 4 days from ordering. So far the bike is awesome and everything arrived smoothly. I had to watch some YouTube to get the derailer setup tho as the chain would fall off when I first tried it. But no biggie.
Customer service has been great, I ordered my bike last week and got the free battery promotion. After noticing that they now offer a better promotion, I got a hold of them today and with no questions asked they sent me the additional accessories for free( 200 dollar value). With the battery, a total of $700 in extras. So far my experience with customer service has been great. (2nd time contacting them) Just thought I’d share a good experience.

One of our bikes arrived with an issue of shutting down every few minutes. After troubleshooting it and replacing into some parts, they decided to replace the bike. Thanks Cody and Aventon. We love our AA2s!

My Aventure.2 large frame/stepover was delivered 3 days after ordering it. It was very easy and quick to assemble. I'm 6'1" and 300 lbs. so I swapped out the stock stem with the adjustable stem set for the Pace 500 to get the handlebars into a more upright riding position and also bought a Kinekt XR suspension seatpost to absorb the bumps on the trails I ride. In the 9 days I've been riding the bike I've put 145 miles on it. It has great range (as advertised) and power for climbing hills, is comfortable, and is a lot of fun to ride. Highly recommend.
