- 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
- 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
- 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
- 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
- 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
- 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
- 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

Ijust when i thought there was no better bike on the planet, I bought the Aventure a few years ago and could not be happier with this bike. HOWEVER, after reading about the new one with cruise control, safety lock and extra features, I am so tempted to get an upgrade. Aventon is the clear choice if you are in the market for a new bike!

I love this bike! Purchased 2 months ago for my retirement and have put 330+ miles of Southern California canyons, singletracks, fire roads, pavement, and beach sand rides on it with absolutely no mechanical or performance issues from the bike or battery. Incredible product Aventon has made here. Superior quality on every single product and accessory I've purchased from them. This bike goes anywhere and has handled every terrain I have thrown at it!
