The ebike is put together well and rides well however the instructions need to be more specific and clearly thought out. Also the customer support needs some work.
I emailed twice about a purchasing a second battery for my Level 2 but I've not heard back about if Aventon has a battery available for it.
I wanted clearer information on how to hook up the charger and had to rely on YouTube to get the right sequence.
I planning to move the headlight so I can install a Qikour stem and I would appreciate your help in finding a bracket for the headlight. Thanks Jeff Rosencrans @ [****].

I've had a few other brands of Ebikes, and the Aventon gets it right better than any of them. From the quality of the construction to constant updating their product line (ie. torque sensor!) Aventon seems to get the customer more than the rest. The Level2 rides like a high end bike and then when you need the electric, the torque sensor powers the bike seamlessly. Great job!

Love Love my Level2. After a lot of research I decided on this bike, it was the best purchase.

After test riding half a dozen sub-$2000 commuter e-bikes, the Aventon was the clear winner. The torque sensor sets it apart with an incredibly smooth ride and great range. The front fork makes the potholes of Atlanta manageable, and the throttle takes the bite out the hills. I've already put 150 miles on it in the first week.
