- 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
- 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
- 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
- 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
- 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
- 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
- 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

I now have almost 12,000 miles on my original Level bike, about 10,000 miles on the battery, it's my daily transportation and my fishing ride, I'm on my 4th yr and only regular maintenance issues which is expected, I average 3200 miles on break pads, this is the best thing that I've ever bought myself and I suggest them to everyone who's asking about it, always get great comments also, not ever one bad comment 👍👍🤙

This has to be the coolest thing I’ve ever purchased and I’ve bought a lot of stuff. This bike changes the way you ride. You can go so many more places and not have to worry about the biggest hills. So worth it.

After shopping and trying different bike, we have decided to go with Aventon e-bikes. I have the level 2 and love it. Great riding bike. Only one issue I’m having is it bothering my carpal tunnel on my left hand. Will have to get it professionally fitted. Highly recommend!

I ordered my Aventon Level 3 e-bike, a step through Sandstone color, from a local dealer that I have used for my Specialized bike for the past 6 years. Since I did not have a rack, they delivered it to my address. After some adjusting the seat height I took it for a ride on the local rail trail. Normally with my old 21 speed Specialized I averaged 11-12 mph over the 19 miles or so of that trail. At 76 YO, I think that is reasonable.
First ride was on June 21 for 18+ miles at an average mph of 12.7, I flew a bit in Sport mode, but 90% of the ride was with the lowest assist. Today on June 23, I did the same ride of 18.58 miles at 12.6 mph, again with lowest assist and a bit more help on some hills.
I love no longer being afraid of the cars when crossing a busy road (40-50 mph), now I just hit the throttle a bit and get across with ease. The Sport mode is amazing and I have not tried the Turbo mode yet. The trail today was very bumpy at areas that had gullies from recent rains, so happy to have a suspension on the seat and front fork, it handled very well for me. Love the wheel lock, I set it to lock when I power off.
Next I need to find a manual and find how to improve my rides. I would and have recommended this bike to a few seniors in my development.
