very happy with customer service, easy to assemble, rides great plenty of power when needed. One minor thing it needs a bracket to mount the rear reflector to the rack.
I have an original Adventure Ebike with a one piece rack. Have had not issues in 3 years but this rack has now broke on the attached support points 3 times from bumps on my trail. They need a one piece solid rack to stay to form from first edition of there Adventure series.

Works really good just had to get a converter for the old level 1 e-bike but work really good I love it I think I am up to another 50,000+ miles

I’m pleased with the swing arm. I had considered purchasing several different brands, but this one offered the same price point and had a higher weight rating. The unit is sturdy and securely attaches. The anti-wobble device also functions effectively.

I should have gone for the medium frame, or a step thru version. I’m mot ad limber as I used to be! But once it was together, and I managed to climb on… it is a joy to ride! Smooth performance of the electrics, shifting is clean out-of-the-box, seat is decent for not having been on a saddle in years!

I love my Hazel (Abound SR)! The battery lasts long and the torque is VERY responsive! Had an issue with the handlebar tube not being lubed and resulted in a lot of unintended movement but my local bike shop fixed it for free. It’s sturdy now and I am seriously considering using this bike instead of my car all summer!

I saw the new Pace 4 handlebars and love them. It's the exact same size fit for the pace. 500.2 which I have and it's an upgrade over the cruiser style. The bike now has more of an aggressive BMX style look. I also added a water bottle using heavy duty zip ties as well since this doesn't come with water bottle attachment.

Ive not used my bike for over a year due to cancer will my battery still work?

To answer your question, if a battery sits for a long period of time unsued, the cells can be damaged resulting in needing a battery replacement. You can try to balance the cells by charging the battery for 12 hours to see if there is any change. This will help ensure its optimal performance.
