Underwhelming

I have an original Adventure Ebike with a one piece rack. Have had not issues in 3 years but this rack has now broke on the attached support points 3 times from bumps on my trail. They need a one piece solid rack to stay to form from first edition of there Adventure series.

Replacement rack support for Aventure2

Rack support broke at rear mounting point. Aventon was quidk to send a replacment support. No change in construction or mount. It's aluminum and very easy to bend, we'll see if it last longer than the original did (less than 6mo of riding with half the max weight listed).

Same old weak design

I’ve purchased these supports twice over the past year and a half. The problem is the pinch point where these bolt to the rack platform. This is a terrible design and the material is weak already being aluminum, exacerbated by thinning it out at the attachment points. I wish this company would listen to feedback and update the design. Instead, they are happy to cost customers repeatedly and overcharge on shipping. Would not recommend Aventon to anyone.
