My first Ebike and loving it. Where I live its very hilly and being over 65 my knees and hip can get sore after long rides. The power/assist to help get over the hills is amazing. Most riding is on back roads/dirt roads & rail trail rides.

I recently got back into mountain bike via the Ramblas after 15 years off because life. I'm not young but not old and for me, this bike has been fantastic so far!

I really just am astonished at the value here, and also how seamlessly the electronics and battery are tied to the drivetrain. It really is a whole new dynamic to mountain biking that is loads of fun (not the first E-Bike I've ridden by the way.)

I had the bike shipped to a local dealer and it was set up professionally, which I highly recommend for peace of mind if for no other reason.

The bike's weight itself is perfect, and I am able to load it into my truck just as I would with a regular mountain bike and get on my way. Works well with tailgate pads also.

I am loving the dropper post, although I do wish it had some sort of "memory" function so that it couldn't go higher than a desired mark, but maybe that'a an aftermarket thing.

The tires, suspention, FANTASTIC mid-drive motor, powerful brakes and so much more really make this a complete package. I feel invincible on this bike but in a good way and there is a high degree of adjustability to ensure you still receive a good workout should that be desired via the power and torque settings in the app.

One (minor) weakness for the bike I would say is the grips, which is actually more of a preference thing. Easily swapped, but I prefer a beefier nobbier grip for the type of riding the bike is capable of. It really excels on single and gravel tracks.

For improvements: something should be done with the battery cover. It's not horrible, but I am finding that when used in conjunction with a tailgate pad, the resting of the frame on the tailgate can cause the cover to become unlatched. Not a big deal but there's always room for improvements.

Charging the bike is fast and I love the fact that the battery can be charged outside of the bike for charging backups or bringing the battery inside during the colder months. E-Bike chargers really should be coming with auto shut-off circuitry in 2024 though, or at the very least app driven characteristics where you can control at what % you'd like charging to stop for storage purposes.

At the end of the day I am over the moon with this bike. It was such a good investment and shipped very fast. Don't hesitate - buy one!

This is my second bike from Aventon. Aventon got me back into biking after a long break with the Sinch. It was the perfect thing at the time. It helped me become way more active and helped me lose 40 lbs.When I saw they were releasing a mid drive mountain bike I was immediately interested. It was the perfect next step and opened up a world to a whole awesome community I didn't know existed. I had high expectations for the Ramblas and this bike blew them away!

It has an incredibly responsive and nimble feel. I read a previous review about having some difficulty with their dropper post. Not the case for me, it performs flawlessly and quickly. I had mine setup by a local dealer which I think helped (shoutout to Green Fleet Bikes in Nashville). The components are truly top notch. They are all high quality feeling and responsive. I thought I'd have to change the seat but I'm surprised it's actually very comfortable. The looks of the bike punch well above its pay grade. I seriously think it looks better than bikes costing twice as much. The custom paint color is special. Sincerely, you could buy this bike and not change a thing and be happy,

The mid drive motor is hard to explain coming from a cadence sensor bike. It's both easier to climb due to torque on tap and a more active experience as the motor is only responsive to your pedaling. I burn more calories on a similar distance ride than a bike with a cadence sensor but I also feel more capable. For me this is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It feels exactly like regular bike if you just had super human legs.

Hats off to the team. I'm going to keep this bike for a very long time. I also will keep my Sinch for more casual commuter rides! Cheers!

I absolutely love the bike, plenty of power.
I ride on some pretty hilly trails, the mid-power (trail) Is usually enough assist for me (60 years old)
