This top bag is freaking awesome! The stock pictures don't do it justice and are confusing; they don't show the cleverness of this item. The two bags stashed away on both sides of this top bag are genious! I live 3 miles away from my local Publix, and I ride there routinely to pick up groceries. With the two side bags and the center section, I can carry 2-3 plastic bags' worth of groceries on the back rack of my Ramblas. I'm buying another one to throw on my wife's Mokwheel! Great product!

Changed out rear wheel and motor assembly with new one. The directions from Aventon were spot on didn’t take long at all.

Buying the Aventure 3 may have been the best choice of my adult life. I’ve only had it for a week but it’s already changed how I commute and workout. Did a 13 and 20 mile bike ride like it was nothing! All the features make me feel very secure that it will essentially never been stolen or lost and their chain lock seems very sturdy. The customer service is also very helpful and attentive.

The bike is great. I purchased a Ramblas and received it with some minor damage. Customer service was outstanding as I got a replacement quickly that was perfect. The Ramblas is a pleasure to ride. Great range and great performance. I primarily ride on the road and it's very comfortable, however, it's geared more for it's primary mountain bike purpose, where it shines. Only thing I'd change is I'd have a larger chain ring. It has, I believe a 34 tooth and would be easier to ride on the street with a 38 tooth. At 20mph, you're peddling rapidly. Overall , I'd rate this bike a 9.5 out of 10. I'd highly recommend an Aventon bike based on quality, price and customer service. Very happy with my choice.

Aventure 3 Step Through Ebike

I've had my Ramblas for about 10 days and I've put 120 miles on it so far. It has been fantastic. The SRAM brakes and transmission are rock solid. The tires are perfect for how I am currently riding (asphalt, dirt and gravel roads and single track) but if I start riding harder trails I would likely change to something more chunky. I think the thing that has most impressed me is the motor. It just eats climbs - and I pretty much only use Trail mode - Turbo is just too much for all but the steepest climbs. That said, when it does get steep, Turbo is a beast.

I rode a lot of single track in the 80s and 90s on a rigid mountain bike so the hardtail feels right to me. I took a break from riding for an assortment of reasons but electric bikes provide a path back. But emtbs have historically been so expensive I could never justify buying one. With this bike that is no longer true. It's been a very long time since I rode single track but the Ramblas has me back out there.

I had a battery charger fail and Aventon immediately replaced it.

I bought the Aventure.3 to commute and it’s been a game changer. Smooth assist, solid build, and the battery easily handles my NYC rides (Hudson Greenway to 125th is no problem). Setup was straightforward and the app is simple to use. I also appreciate the safety touches—bright lights and sturdy frame. After a week of daily use, I’m confident recommending it.

Due to my original Pace 500 battery key lock becoming stuck, I needed to replace the entire locking mechanism. I ordered the replacement part and was pleasantly surprised to see it arrive complete with both the locking mechanism and the entire wiring harness. I did not need to replace the wiring harness, so I just removed that part and used my existing one. It works great and I can now confidently leave my bike knowing my battery is secure.

Replaced the controller and everything is now working great, ordered online and arrived in 3 days. Thank you.

Rode motorcycles for fifty years and finally sold my last motorcycle. My wife said I would be depressed and buy another motorcycle soon afterwards. Have to admit I did miss the freedom of riding a motorcycle. Saw an ad for Aventure M, and decided, maybe that's my ticket to freedom again. Have now had the bike for about two and a half weeks. I'm absolutely amazed and intrigued on the technology that's been put into this bike. I have regained that freedom to an even greater degree, without the bulky clothing and the heavy helmet. Got this for my 70yr old father. Great bike, smooth ride. Easy enough to build, the only issue was there were 2 wires that weren't mentioned in the instructions. It had my head spinning until Google AI let me know they were for additional accessories.

We bought 2 Pace bikes 2024. Rented them first. Wasn't planning on buying right away but after riding them we just loved the experience and the ease of use. They were on sale so bought 2. We're in our mid 60s. Gives us the opportunity to take longer rides using the assist when
we need it. Could not be happier. Have added fenders, rack and bags. Also replaced the seat with one a little bigger and replaced the seat pole with the shock absorber. Which makes a big difference in taking some pressure off my back. I do not know much about different ebikes. I would highly recommend this one.

So this is kind of a hybrid motorcycle and mountain bike. I got the large Aventure 3 step over stealth version and it's been more than I expected. The frame is solid and really well made with smoothed out welds. The app is nice and you can fine tune the ride. I'm 5'11 and 194 pounds and I can rip up hills and around streets no problem on this. I can stand up and hit the throttle and ride it up to 20.6 mph, then can sit and easily pedal up to 28mph. Plenty fast. Headlights, taillights and turn signals are all great for riding at night. I removed the fenders, rear rack and kickstand which sheds a few pounds and I think looks better. The downtube decals are a nice cream color. I put a Thudbuster ST seat post on and it's a bit more nice, subtle suspension vs the springy one that comes with the bike. Also some MTB style pedals. Anyways, I'm pretty stoked on this bike. So much fun and what a great ride

Bought it 1 year ago and just hit 2900 miles for the year and the bike has been flawless. Awesome fun ride on a bike that feels like a regular bike.

Perfect for our needs

I am a big fan of the Aventon ebike line up. My first Aventon ebike was the Level2 bike and I just got the Adventure 3 and I absolutely love the **** tire upgrade for my off road adventures. I give a high review on all the extra comfort and safety features the Adventure 3 offers. A very well made and value on this incredible ebike. The only thing I would change is the pedals......maybe a little bigger for when the going gets rougher and I need a bigger footbed for sure foot placement.

Great bike. Great customer service. I replaced a much heavier **** tire ebike with this much light and more nimble bike. I love it!

Problem with pedal assist not working seems to be corrected with replacement of controller. Tried to reset controller but “fix” was short lived. Call to Aventon for help was answered and confirmed that controller was probable problem. Item shipped next day and I installed, which was fairly easy. Have rode several times with pedal assist now working. Good that part was available and solved issue. Bike has been great with this being first issue in 2+ years and 3000 + miles. I highly recommend Aventon and the Level model.

I have been commuting to work on my first E-bike for the past two weeks. I've enjoyed it so far, and it's a great introduction to the world of e-bikes. I like how it's lightweight and the road bike design. The ride can get bumpy, so I recommend getting a suspension seat post; otherwise, the bike is a fantastic experience, and I love it. Debating on getting a second one for the wife.

Loving it so far!

Commuting to work has been a great experience since getting this bike. Thanks to the torque sensor, I actually get a bit of a workout—unlike my other e-bike, where I often felt like I was just ghost pedaling. I arrive at the office without breaking a sweat. Yet still feel like I’ve accomplished something, especially when tackling those inclines. This bike hits that perfect balance for me, which is exactly why I bought it.

I can’t compare it directly to other brands since I haven’t owned any of them, but this one feels solidly built and has a clean, sleek look that I really like.

After riding about 65+ miles over three days, I’ve noticed a few things:

A couple of times, I felt like I lost a bit of control—possibly due to the stock slick tires. I might swap them out in a few months for something with more grip.

The front disc brake wasn’t properly adjusted, and I couldn’t shift into 7th gear. Both issues have since been fixed by the bike shop.

Assembly took a little over an hour.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase!

I’m absolutely loving my Aventon Ramblas e-MTB! Riding it is so much fun—it’s fast, smooth, and incredibly comfortable. I’m amazed at how much ground I can cover in such a short time, and I still get a great workout when I want to push myself. Whether I’m cruising around town or hitting trails, this bike makes every ride a blast. Highly recommend!
