To start my first experience with the company on my pace 500 motor failure last year was absolutely horrible. Once that bike was replaced and the kid took it over it was stolen. My kid loved the pace 500.2 so she ran right out and bought a new 500.3 step trough. Her wheel motor started making noise within a short period after the purchase. The bike shop that sold it to her said they couldn’t even schedule it for service for a month and it’s the kids transportation to work and college. I reached out to Mike who was stellar! Mike listened to the issues with the new bike. Mike had me send in a quick video of the noise and sent out the replacement part ASAP with a return label to send the noisy wheel back. Mike and the entire team took care of this during the holiday season faster than anyone else. I appreciate not having to down a $2000 bike to wait a month for the ship that sold it to us to get it fixed. I also appreciate not having to pay the shop diag on the nose issue just to get the warranty to fix it. As a person who’s playing with bikes, cars and motorcycles for fun as well as a profession… I think I may end up buying another Aventon for myself now. So thank you Mike!

I recently needed to replace the entire tire with the motor for my Aventon Aventure e-bike. The customer service experience was exceptional! They responded to my inquiry within a day and requested some additional information. Just a couple of days later, I received the replacement, and the whole process was seamless. Best of all, I didn’t have to pay anything since it was still covered under warranty. I’m incredibly impressed with Aventon’s prompt and efficient service—highly recommend them!

Called customer service and spoke with a friendly gentleman. Told him what happened to my bike and that I found the rim on Aventon website. He made it easy by making me an order to make sure I had the right parts and emailing to me. I placed the order and had the rim in hand in a week. The gentleman also help me find nearest place that work on it.
