Warranty

My rear tire was making a weird knocking sound. I called support and they asked me to send them a video and they immediately sent me out a new replacement wheel. Response time was fast and customer service was great!

Aventon excellent customer service

I had a issue with loose rear bearings. Aventon was fast to respond and they sent me a new rear wheel. I swapped it out and its great now. I appreciate their attention to the matter.
