What People Are Saying
I've never felt totally comfortable riding bikes but the lower center of gravity makes me feel in complete control of the bike. My back is so happy because I don't need to lean over to reach the handle bars. I can sit nice and straight on the comfortable seat. I only have one regret and that is not waiting 2 weeks for the free battery promotion! Very bummed about that and hope that I don't need an extra one anyway. Other than that, the shipping was fast, set up was easy and I love the bike!

Perfect, happy trails!
This is my first ebike. I find it easy to ride after not having been on a bike fo 10+ years. Good power, pedals easy too! So far so good!

I am beyond impressed with the Sinch 2 so far. Aventon shipped super fast and in a couple of days it was there on my porch. Unpacking it isn’t perhaps quite as easy as in the videos, but it’s not difficult. I referred to the assembly video, unfolded the bike, raised the handle bars, connected and adjusted everything with the handy tool included and in under an hour I was on the trail. Wow. I am in my mid 60s with arthritic knees and hips that are still being tested with 40 hour work weeks, so I wanted a bike that I could easily ride every where, but would still keep me in motion and allow me to just get out and have some adventures. Also I wanted to be able to run local errands instead of having to use my whole car just to get a few groceries or go to the bookstore. I have thus far only ridden almost 30 miles, it’s been rainy and flooded where I am, but still… 30 miles is something I just would not have been able to do without this fabulous bike. I have taken it on the roads, on paved and dirt trails and it has performed astonishingly well. So far I’ve only used the Eco mode with a touch of the throttle here and there, but have tested all the modes. I imagine my adventures will warrant their use at some point, but the Eco mode is the battery saver for sure. The throttle is really peppy and responsive, good not only for the steep bits but can be quite handy for assistance in getting out of the way in traffic. A feature that I really love is being able to put both feet on the ground when I stop. On this bike that does affect leg extension somewhat, but not enough to matter much given the electric versatility. The Sinch 2 is kind of a blend of both of my two favorite ‘bikes’ up until now; a hybrid euro cruiser bicycle and a 125cc motoscoot. Really, the Sinch 2 takes the very best of what those two rides offered me and makes them better. Aventon was recommended to me by someone who sells bikes but I compared them to many others before I decided. You get a whole lot for your money with this bike. The really great extras like the rack and fenders, the lights, the **** tires, the fact that it folds! But, as all the reviewers who test these bikes say, it’s the Torque Sensor that sets it apart for real. It gives you assistance immediately, so valuable, and it continually senses the force you apply and allows you to fall into a natural pedaling rhythm ‘with’ the motor. There are many combinations between the modes and gears that can be adjusted to suit how you want/need to ride in the moment. It needs to be experienced to really get it I think, but it is truly remarkable. I also wanted a bike that I could easily get serviced locally and Aventon is clearly a widely respected brand. I’ll give an update/complete this review in 6 months or so on how everything is holding up, range etc... but right now, the rain is mostly over and I’m going for a ride. Maybe pick up some groceries, have a wee adventure, who knows.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review. Lios. Happy trails and safe travels!
