These bags are LARGE, fit snug, and easy to get on and off. The are ganged together with fabric and a comfortable handle to carry them both. Each side has a separate handle that serves as a quick release. I read some of the other comments, especially the ones that rated the bags poorly. Also, I watched a You Tube video of an Aventon Level 3 with the bags, where the rider could only get "one side to fit". I believe the frustrations are a consequence of trying to install them on in the wrong place: the clips attach to the outer rail of the top surface of the rack---they DO NOT attach to the horizontal rod on the side of the rack about 2 inches removed from the top surface of the rack. If you attempt to attach to the horizontal rod on each side of the rack you will discover that the fabric that attaches the two bags is about 1/2 inch too short. No matter how hard you try to stretch it, it won't fit (believe me I know). However, if you attach the clips to the upper, outermost rail of the rack, there is plenty of slack, and the side clips toward the bottoms of the bags slip nicely on the back of the frame as well. Also, at least for the Aventon Level 3, it was necessary to remove the gray rubber inserts from the top bag clips so the circumference of the inner portion of the clips is sufficiently large to completely surround the upper rail of the rack. Once you remove the inserts, the clips will stay put until you pull on the small release handles. I saw the Twin Pannier at a dealer and realized it would be the perfect size for carrying my camera/drone gear. The medium Peak Design Camera Cube (V2) fit perfectly inside each side of the bag. This means I can fit my mirrorless camera in one and my cinema drone in the other. It weighs ~30lbs but the Aventure bike I have has no issues carrying me and the gear into the mountains!

It's a well made pannier with plenty of space. I didn't want to mess around with something that might not even fit my level III. I needed bags the would carry all I needed while camping (remote grocery store) and towing a vehicle, for me, isn't an option.
