The Sinch.2 is a foldable electric bike with folded dimensions of 46" length x 28" width x 30" in height. It’s perfect for compact cars, truck beds, RVs, and conveniently fits in apartments or small garages.
Fat tire bikes are designed primarily for all-terrain use and can handle various off-road terrains, including street, snow, sand, dirt trails, and rough roads.
The Sinch.2 folding electric bike weighs 68 lbs with the battery installed. (Battery weight is 7.6lbs)
Aventon’s Sinch.2 folding ebike comes equipped with a throttle that has a maximum speed of 20 mph.
Aventon ebikes like the Sinch are built to the IPX4 water-resistant standard. IPX4 means that your bike is resistant to water splashes from any direction. This means it’s OK to ride your ebike in light rain. It won’t be harmed by spray from a wet road or raindrops. Your ebike is not intended to be exposed to prolonged rain, be submerged, or subjected to a pressurized spray. Don’t use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike.
Taking care of your ebike battery is an integral part of getting the most out of your Aventon ebike. Here are a few things to remember:

  1. 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
  2. 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
  3. 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
  4. 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
  5. 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
  6. 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
  7. 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

Electric bikes require regular maintenance tune-ups similar to traditional bikes and cars. To get the best performance out of your ebike, regularly check tires, tubes, chains, battery, and brakes, or visit a local bike shop for professional assistance. Performing a pre-ride safety check helps maintain your ebike, as well as staying up-to-date on non-electric component maintenance and repairs.
Yes. Class 1 ebikes are pedal-assist only, meaning they have no throttle and can only reach a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour. By removing the throttle on your Aventon ebike and ensuring the max speed limit is set to 20mph, you can configure a class 2 to a class 1 ebike for trail use.
Aventon does not sell conversion kits. All Aventon bikes are already designed with electrical components, such as integrated batteries, motors, and sensors for an optimal riding experience.
The torque sensor design is more intuitive for the rider at high and low speeds, it’s more efficient, has smoother power delivery, and is less prone to damage as the sensor is internal opposed to the external cadence sensor.

Great bike

Love the ride, easy to get going and enjoyable during. Only downside is I don't feel a big difference between eco, tour or sport but if it saves battery I'll keep in Eco, it still gets me up the hills.

I love this bike!

I’m new to e-bikes so I started with a very simple model from another brand that I liked well enough but quickly realized that I needed something sturdier as I commute to work 10 miles a day on city streets. The Sinch.2 has not disappointed! The **** tires, suspension and smooth operation make this bike a dream to commute with. The ability to fold it and throw it in the back of the car is a bonus. The best - just 2 weeks after I started riding, a car ran a red light at an intersection I was trying to cross, clipped my front tire and sent me and my bike flying. The bike (and I) barely got a scratch! It’s been riding like I just unboxed it. Thank you, very pleased!

Like the riding position of Sinch.2

I own a Pace 350 and purchased it for the Upright riding position I Like it for that purpose. Was so pleased with the Aventon Product i purchased a Sinch .2 a year later. Love both Bikes and the Sinch riding poition is even more upright for me with the Extension Handle Bar Post. I even have less stress on my neck now. Love the Bikes

one fun bike

The sinch 2 is a great little bike. It's very comfortable and steady on rough roads. We had two rad bikes and the Aventon sinch is like comparing a basic model auto to a sports car. I love the turn and stop signals, The pedal assist is actually a little too much assist from the exercise perspective but so much fun. I also like being able to charge the bike with the battery in it. We fold our two bikes into the back storage of our Winnebago EKKO and they fit perfectly without too much lifting. Fun, fun, fun.
