My husband and I got our Pacer 500.2 ebikes this past May. We wanted to ride them before giving a review. After 450 miles, we are very satisfied with our purchases. My husband liked riding non-ebikes, but I didn't. After trying out my sister's ebike I became sold on riding a bike again. The use of the pedal assist is wonderful and the occasional use of the throttle assist is good, too. Still get a workout using pedal assist but now a ride is much more enjoyable. After riding for a couple of months, we decided that some accessories were needed. We added bike racks, handlebar extensions, Cloud-9 saddles, mirrors, bells and bike rack bags. Our bikes were shipped to us in less than a week after ordering. The handlebar extensions and Cloud-9 saddles were out of stock when I first ordered. I asked to be notified when back in stock, Aventon did notify and I re-ordered immediately. Those items did take quite a while to come back in stock and to receive. We ordered handle bar extensions because we both felt we were hunched over too much. The extensions really help sitting up straighter and not as much pressure on our hands. The standard saddles that came with the bike were not that comfortable. We ordered the Cloud-9 saddles and like that they are wider and have better padding. Our season for bike riding is almost over, but we are looking forward to next spring. Overall, we highly recommend Aventon.
