Many people associate the step-through bicycle as being for women, however, the step-through bicycle is convenient for any gender. The big advantage of step-through bicycles is that they make it easier and much more comfortable to mount the bike. Your feet will be able to touch the ground and there are no worries about losing your balance while starting or stopping. Our step-through comes in two stylish colors, Amethyst and Chalk White. We put a lot of time and research into creating this new step-through e-bike for our customers to enjoy. If you would like to learn more about the benefits of a step-through e-bike make sure to read our blog “Is a step-through ebike right for you?”
Our Pace 350 Step-Through model comes with pedal assist AND throttle. Very few models from our competitors have both these features. Pace 350 gives our customers the choice of riding their e-bike with pedal assist, throttle or with no assist at all. The Pace 350 ebike also includes a "walk mode" which is useful if you need to walk uphill. To learn more about the features on this bike make sure to watch our “Pace 350 features video”
Pace 350 is one of the lighter e-bikes on the market at just 46 lbs, so it's easier to carry up stairs or onto a car rack. The battery is easily removable to make the bike even lighter if needed. If you would like to learn more about how to take care of your e-bike battery make sure to read our blog on “Caring for your e-bike battery.”
With the Pace 350 you can ride with pedal assist or throttle. Use a little pedal assist when you want a workout, or a higher setting for help on the hills. Or use the throttle if you don't want to pedal at all.
At just 46lbs, Pace 350 is light enough to load onto a car rack or carry up a flight of stairs - significantly lighter than competing ebikes.
Pace 350 controls are easy thumb buttons, right on your handlebar. You’ll be able to keep track of everything, including speed, distance, and battery level. Our easy-to-read display makes your riding easier and more fun.
With a lightweight design and minimal assembly, the Pace 350 can assist you on any journey. The lock allows your battery to remain safely in place on the bike until it's time to be removed for charging.
Unlike other ebikes, we don't believe one size fits all. The fit of your bike can make or break your riding experience and we want you to stay cruising. Simply find your height and match your size. The hard part is picking a color.

Level ships as a Class II ebike, with up to 20 MPH on pedal assist and 20 MPH on throttle. If you are riding on private property or in an area without ebike speed restrictions, the speed limit can be modified in the settings, and Level's powerful motor can go up to about 24 MPH on pedal assist. Level will also operate with the throttle unplugged and removed, should you want to ride in an area where throttles are not allowed.
Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX4 water-resistant standard. IPX4 means that your bike is resistant to water splashes from any direction. This means it’s OK to ride or park your ebike in the rain. It won’t be harmed by spray from a wet road or raindrops. Your ebike is not intended to be submerged or subjected to a pressurized spray. Don’t use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike.
After buying my wife a step-through Pace 350 for Xmas, we were so pleased that I just got one for myself; even as a male I appreciate the step-through feature. We are in our 70's and the assist feature makes the ride a lot of fun and removes the torture some hills cause. We had a couple of glitches, but the customer support is excellent and very responsive. I enjoyed the challenge of assembling it myself, but there is no shame is getting a local bike shop to do it. My bike shop also has electric bikes, but they were twice as expensive and didn't appear to have all the nice features that the Aventon has - LCD display, throttle, etc. The 500 model may be more powerful, but we haven't met a hill we had any problems with and even after two hours of riding in rolling country (with intermittent pedal assist) the battery still showed 4 of 4 lights of charge. Maybe using it as a motor bike and not pedaling you might run down the battery in 2 hours, but we didn't want a motorbike. The first battery charger was defective, but they quickly sent a replacement. All-in-all, we are very satisfied and anxious for more consistent riding weather. Oh, I should mention that they are the lightest ebikes I could find at about 40 lbs w/o battery and 46 lbs with. I got a nice 2-bike rack for about $250 and a hitch installed for about $220. I am glad not to be lifting a 65 lbs bike onto the rack, wimp that I am. Besides, we're planning on riding into our 80's. Enjoy!
My boyfriend got me one for my birthday last year and we both love it so much I just bought him one for his retirement!
Love the bikes quality. The only criticism I have, is that when assembling the bike, the rear wheel was difficult to fit in the frame. With some perseverance, was able to get it seated. I am a former bike mechanic and knew what I was doing. Could not determine why it was so tight to fit. Ride ability of the bike is fabulous.
