- 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
- 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
- 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
- 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
- 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
- 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
- 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

Ride comfortably with its cushioned saddle, swept-back handlebars and an upright riding position. Pace 500.3 Step-Through reinvigorates the way you get around. I have been riding bikes since a kid. I have to say the comfort of the seating position on this bike is the best ever. Your leaning over to much, seat and handle bars all adjustable. Great ride. I ride it on a crushed gravel bike path in NJ. The bike has more than enough power with 500W, and the battery is great. Having a second battery was even better, but I go out on an hour plus ride all the time and I always have plenty left over, so I am never concerned. I even took the bike off road once and it worked well too.

I needed a bike to daily cruise and grind in Atlanta, so that means a lot of hills and crappy roads. Usually I run out first thing in the morning for an hour wake up ride and this is the bike! It arrived yesterday and I put it together (super easy assembly!) and I had my first ride this morning. 26 miles with 27% battery left, using heaviest pedal assist mostly. Only reason I got off is the saddle, it’s a bit rough. And that’s the only negative I could find. Super easy handling, fantastic breaks, great responsive motor, dreamy gear shifting and just a super nice bike to ride if you’re not using the motor. And it does what the box promises, it turns heads. Beautiful bike that will provide many miles with a grin from ear to ear. Highly recommend! Aventon delivered a fantastic ride at a great price!

Nicole and Mike in your customer service team did an outstanding job of helping me replace a damaged bike due to shipping. My only regret is I bought and purchased the bike for an event and it came the day I left. Needless to say I am now home and I have assembled the bike ,but not have been able to ride it due to we have been hit with a snow storm in northeastern United States. I look forward to hopefully getting it on the road and at least doing a short test to make sure everything works as it should. Excellent customer service. Assembly was easy!
