    Your best riding experience is our top priority. Trying out the lineup before you decide to purchase your bike is the best way to ensure that your next ride is your best ride.

    Preregistration is not necessary, but encouraged to ensure that you have a spot in our schedule. Walk-ins are still welcomed.
    Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your test ride anytime. After booking, you'll receive an email giving you the option to adjust your slot or cancel if needed. (Recommend: Provide options for specific event sessions only, without detailing time slots.)
    Of course, although it depends on the number of people in the queue. Our test rides are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes in order to make sure no one waits too long.
    If you have a helmet that's comfortable and safe, then bring it. Your safety is our top priority and we want you to be able to focus on the bike rather than the helmet. We will provide helmets in case you don't have one.
    Our test ride bikes are insured, and any damage to the bike during your ride is covered. However, you're responsible for your own safety on the road. Aventon cannot be held liable for damage to other vehicles, injuries to others, or personal injuries. Helmets are mandetory while riding our bikes.
