This is a great value for added comfort on your ride. Suspension is firm but noticeable on rough patches and cracks in pavement. Easy installation. I am glad this product was available from Aventon.

Great upgrade for a hardtail bike.

I honestly didn’t expect for this seat post to change the comfort of my ride as much as it did. I hesitated to install (free with bike purchase) because I really didn’t mind the stock post. But this one definitely makes a huge difference! It does a great job absorbing the smaller bumps you’ll come across on roads and groomed trails. It improves the comfort of long rides, lessening the discomfort and booty-fatigue. If you find your seat too hard, this is the answer.
