I have had the bike about a week and have taken two rides. First was 5 miles. KILLED ME! Even with the suspension post the seat felt like a brick on my….
Changed the seat for the next ride and adjusted handlebar height. I am 6’1 and I have had a hard time finding an e-bike to fit. I have bought, Rad, ride 1 up, gazelle and none were adjustable enough even with added stems.
This bike was totally adjustable enough without new parts. Although if you are anything over 6’1 you will probably need the aftermarket part.
On to the second ride of 20 miles.. smooth as glass and perfect fit.

The display is everything advertised. I purchased it to go onto my Level 1 and get the battery percentage display. BUT I did not know and they do not mention they use it to change the speed levels. Level 1 was 13 now 10 which for me is a game changer. May need to go back to old display to ride within my group. This makes a huge difference at 76 years old.

I added a suspension seat post on my Aventon Level 2 and it rides a lot nicer. It eases those frost heaves bumps on the paved bike trails. I haven’t rode with the new post off road yet but very impressed so far.

Put around 40 miles on it so far, riding around 72 PSI, lots of fun! Rode it on smooth streets, bumpy side streets, alleys, I've hit a few pot holes & speed bumps pretty hard, no issues what so ever. Can definitely take what you throw at it.

I bought the Aventon Pace 500.3 in August of 2024. It’s been 13 months and I have 3,000 miles on my bike. No problems at all with the bike and lots of good rides. I upgraded the tires and have ridden paved and unpaved trails in several states. I highly recommend this bike!!!

I purchased the Aventure 3 for my son who is a big guy at 6”4 290lbs. He was concerned that the bike would feel small, but he was happily surprised when he put the bike together and took it for its first ride how big the bike was. It looks and feels perfect for him. He set it up with an adjustable stem, and a wider seat and the bike has been great he loves it! He says he especially enjoys the connectivity and usefulness of the app. The range is also excellent, which is always a worry when you’re as big a guy as he is. he’s very happy with his new Aventon ebike! He also mentioned that there are videos on how to service and replace items on the bike which is extremely helpful for him being a do it yourself type guy. Excellent job Aventon!

Purchased defendersBecause I didn't want to get wet and didn't want my battery getting wet.Most of all, if riding in some rain, I have to say these are amazing.They fit perfectly, they're very easy to install, and I'd love the look of them

Despite being at the low range for height with respect to my large size Aventure.2, I found that I still had to lean over too much to use my handlebar. This caused an imbalance of upper body weight being forced & straining my upper arms. The Level 3 stem set allows me to sit more upright & ride in complete comfort! Highly recommended if you find yourself leaning uncomfortably forward with your upper body weight putting stress on your arms & shoulders.

Hi, spent 2 months researching ebikes. I settled on Aventon because I was able to test ride a bike and support and headquarters are in the USA. I'm 5'9"
I bought the regular size bike (R) after test riding bike because it was most comfortable in an upright position.
I ended up purchasing bike direct from Aventon shipping was free and video showing assembly was very simple.
The Aventon boost function has made bike riding enjoyable again especially when it comes to hills.

Fed Ex is awful at delivering when it’s supposed to be delivered. Distribution centers are overwhelmed most likely. That’s their fault. Amazon and Walmart has the logistics in place to do it right and efficiently. FED EX does not. I stayed home waiting for a $450 lithium battery to be delivered due to having a signature. It wasn’t delivered on time. It’s not Aventons fault, nevertheless quit having to sign for products. I’m still pissed about it.

We have Aventon Level 2 e-bikes that we prefer to transport without the battery packs in them on long road trips. The covers offer excellent protection of the battery chamber from moisture and dirt. Thank you for making them available.
