Problem with pedal assist not working seems to be corrected with replacement of controller. Tried to reset controller but “fix” was short lived. Call to Aventon for help was answered and confirmed that controller was probable problem. Item shipped next day and I installed, which was fairly easy. Have rode several times with pedal assist now working. Good that part was available and solved issue. Bike has been great with this being first issue in 2+ years and 3000 + miles. I highly recommend Aventon and the Level model.

I needed a new controller. I called the number on the website to cot the part number I needed. They actually answered the phone and were VERY helpful. The part came in a few days and the bike works like new. Thank You.
