I like everything about the bike except the display and the lack of support. If you have a problem you cannot reach the company. I have been waiting for a display fix on 4 bikes for over 6 weeks with no place to call for help. Not cool at all. Get a customer service phone number to call or DON”T buy these bikes because you will be on your own. Otherwise, they are fun and built pretty well.

Glad I purchased the Pace 500. We purchased 2! Step thru for her and step over for myself. Awesome ride! Solid bike! Bought the large frame and it is perfect for taller folks like me! Front brake seems like it has an air bubble or spongy. Rear brake is fine. Smooth ride. Seat is comfortable. Love the handlebar adjustments that can be made! What more could you ask for?!? Buy and ride!!!!!! So much fun and never have to worry about getting back to your starting point!

Overall, great Bike! Seems like a solid bike. It will cruise when you want it to. Can hear motor kick in but not overbearing. Only issue is the brakes. They seem to be a little noisy for whatever reason when braking. Accessories are hard to come by as stock always seems to be sold out.

Before I bought this bike there were 3 main questions I was asking: 1) Do I really like this step-through design? 2) Do I need this much power in the Pace 500? 3) Do I really like these handlebars? Now that I have been riding my Aventon reguarly, the answer to all of those questions is an overwhelming YES! This bike makes riding an absolute JOY. I love that after 10 miles, rather than dreading the slog home I am happy to do another 20 miles. Step-through is a refreshing change from my road bike. Handlebars have me in a super comfortable riding position. And as for the power, I'm always happy I got the 500 when I'm charging up a hill or need to rush back to beat a thunderstorm! The difference between this and my road bike is that I actually RIDE this one because I enjoy it so much. I comfortably have a phone mount, headlight, and bottle holder on the handlebars. I can recommend the Mizatto Bike Cup Holder, found on amazon for a great price and works a charm! (See photo) and the Grub phone mount is excellent.
