Battery received in good condition, but couldn't use at first because it didn't have the cover. Wasn't aware that the cover is a separate purchase. You would think at $500 the plastic cover would be included. The new battery doesn't have the same capacity as my original. Perhaps there's a break in period.

Hi Marty, we're sorry for any confusion about the battery cover being a separate purchase. We understand your frustration, but unfortunately the cover is not included in the initial purchase. As for the battery capacity, it will typically take a few full charge cycles (below 20% to full) to fully balance the cells to best operating state.
