Don't get in a hurry!

Bought Sinch step thru bike. It came with free fenders and free rear rack. You cannot install both because bolt is too short where they both connect near rear axle. Contacted customer service to see if they could send longer bolts. Took 8 days for them to respond and only said they don't have any longer bolts. Replied to them they need to provide the longer bolts if they offer free fenders and racks, but got response back basically saying not their responsibility.

I love my new Sinch.2!!

I love my new Sinch.2!! I had an Aventure.2 but it was too big and I kept falling off of it. Now I have the Sinch.2, it is great. It is alot smaller bike. I love the Torque Sensor, it really gets the bike moving.

Amazing Bikes ❤️

My wife and I each bought one and we love them. So much more fun riding these than a standard bike! One came with a bent frame but I called customer service and Erin was amazing! She sent a new one out that day and a return label for the other! Great customer service. Thank you Aventon!
