Bought this Carrier for our 4 are 2 fat tire electric bikes drink bikes to put behind our cab over camper. Works as it should very sturdy have not lost anything These are great racks The only thing that I'd like to see is a little less plastic in the build But then that would just make them heavier

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your review and support! We are happy to hear this worked for you. Happy riding!

Rack failure

While traveling from Mi to Fl the arms on this rack failed causing our $2500 ebike to fall to the pavement and drag along the highway. The bike is totaled and I am devastated. We’ll see if Tule stands behind it

Best e bike rack. I traveled a cross country with peace of mind with my heavy e bike. My only complaint is that it would be nice for a place to put auxiliary lights on it

RACK FAILURE

One of our bikes also fell off the Rack on to the Highway. Not a Happy Camper with Thule right now!!! I would not purchase this rack. The front bar can come
loose if any pot holes in the road. Major damage to my handle bars and scractched up bad. Luckly no one was behind us to run over it and cause an
accident. I would give no stars
