Tannus Armour is an insert the wraps around your tube inside of your bicycle tire. Installation is a simple additional step when installing your bicycle's tube.

 

Tannus Armour protects your tube against 90% of common bike flats using 15mm of multi-cell foam. Say goodbye to pinch and puncture flats.

Finally Stopped Flats

I bought one of these hoping it would stop my flats. That rear tire is a beast to change. This did the trick. It stopped the flats. It has worked so well, I bought one for the front tire as well. It's the best thing I've ever used, so I can keep riding. That said, I found it's still important to check tire pressures to make sure the tube valve doesn't tear off when I accelerate.
