I ordered a battery release lever on there website. I received a notification the part was delivered and on the front porch or in the mail box. I was home all day. No delivery. Contacted Aventon via email. They apologized and sent another one. Both the original one and the replacement one arrived the same day. I emailed Aventon and explained the issue. They were very professional, courteous and helpful. I recommend them for their quick response and very polite staff.
