The improved part right on time

I broke the plastic battery release ****. Aventon quickly replaced it with a new, cast metal, release ****. Thanks Aventon!

Much improved

I ordered this to replace a broken **** on a level 2. This part is much improved, I expect this one to last for many years. Much better!

Solid replacement

My original aventon level battery release lever cracked and I couldn't get a good seal to fix it, making it impossible to remove the battery without a pair of pliers and a lot of patience. The replacement lever arrived quickly, and I was glad to see that they had upgraded it to a solid chunk of metal that seems unlikely to meet the same fate. Good upgrade! Thanks for delivering it quickly.

SECOND TIME FAILURE

I think you got a design flaw here, this is the second time this **** has fallen off. You guys replaced it quickly, thank you.
