Does not fit

This seat post does not fit the Aventure. The 31.6 is to large and the 27.2 is to small

Wrong size for the bike model specified

The thudbuster diameter did not match the diameter of the seat post on my Pace 5, small stepthrough. So I returned it and have no promise of a correct replacement.
