EXTRAORDINAIRY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a battery failure problem. Contacted Aventon and they immediately responded. Requested photos of the battery terminals on both the battery and the bike. They assessed that the battery and the terminal on the bike needed replacement and promptly shipped both to me. Even though a link to a video describing how to replace the terminal was included, was glad to have my local Aventon dealer install it. This labor was also covered under warranty. Extraordinary customer service

Finally works

After many emails and instructions and a trip to the bkie shop we have success. The terminal the makes both batteries work is now installed and working properly.
