Light weight and sturdy

Needs attachment for reflector and/light

Great rack used with quick release bag. However, in Alabama rear red reflectors are required (lights are recommended but optional) on bikes used on roadways. The seat post one doesn't work if there is a bag on the rack or if you're short with a low seat. Needs a modification for integration of additional reflector and/or light. I'll figure out something but I shouldn't have to. This is also a requirement to ride on military installations.
