Always the best!

These guys know how to keep a customer happy! Had one of my A2s fall off the Aventon Bike Rack during transport across the country. Customer service gathered my pics and has worked diligently to get me back on the road again! Won’t buy another brand that’s for sure!

Great bike, poorly designed rear rack!

Love the bike but, the factory included rear rack is poorly designed, mine broke with less than 15lbs on it! slightly over 1 yr & less than 7months of riding. Took it back to Eric's (where it was purchased) and they said Aventon turned down replacing it. Not happy!!!

My aventure rear rack cracked, I called customer service, had a new one within two weeks time. Outstanding!
