is this for single 2.5?

Thanks for reaching out! The Level Rear Rack Set is made specifically for the original Level and Level.2 frame geometry, so it will not fit the Soltera 2.5.

Arrived quickly, but without critical components

The luggage rack arrived expeditiously, but it's missing hardware: the screws and the adjustable arms that fix it to the frame.
