Not designed for cargo bikes

After loading and unloading my abound LR onto the hitch rack pro, the ramp fell apart. The metal is flimsy, the bolts maybe aren't big enough, and it is clear that the ramp isn't designed to handle cargo bikes. It truly is a huge bummer, because I actually like the hitch rack pro for the cargo bike- but now it is totally useless without a ramp. There is no way I can lift the bike by myself onto the ramp without hurting myself or the bike.

This really missed the mark. For 100 dollars, this ramp probably cost 5 dollars to make. Very poor quality. I've submitted a ticket for this to Aventon, but wanted to write this review as well just so people know that the ramp is not an option for the hitch rack pro if you have a cargo bike.
