I inadvertently damaged the brake handle electrical connection when assembling my new bike. I contacted Aventon and the immediately sent out a replacement. I installed the new one in about 10 minutes and all is good. I wish more companies would invest in their customer service like Aventon. Great Job!!

I bought 2 Aventon Adventure 2 bikes for my wife and me. We love them! The best part so far has been the follow-up care. I recently wrecked my handlebars and all right-side components. I called Aventon and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. They sent me an invoice. The parts arrived right away and worked like a charm.

In order to replace just a lever, you have to replace the whole system. So I ordered the system, yet they forgot to tell me that I need a adapter,So it would work. This is the second thing I've ordered to replace a part yet It needed another part that I wasn't told of so it's an additional 10 days to get the part, frustrating.

There is not enough info on this part. Nor do i see parts for my sinch 2 break cable that just broke after only 600 miles.

We do apologize for the inconveneince of locating a brake cable. At this time we do not have one available bu they are a standard cable for brakes and most if not all local bike shops should be able to have the part available.
