Had to wait a little while for the item to be instock, but once they had it, they shipped immediately. Had a minor issue with install with a bearing (not part of the item ordered). Notified Aventon, and they swiftly hooked me up with a new part, and it arrived in a couple days. What a wonderful company, and bike. Highly recommend Aventon! Great Job !
