I can't express how pleased I am with my Pace 4 and the quality of workmanship of the bike. I'm riding 15 to 25 miles EVERYDAY since April 15 it has changed my 79 year old life. I had open-heart surgery June 6 of 2023 and I can't tell you the riding and ease of comfort has really improved my health and overall the quality of bike is over the top. I can't express how happy I am and overwhelmed with the experience that I'm having. I have a new slogan for your company. "Aventon E Bikes are certified flat earth bikes." Is this a 750 watt, or if not, which watt and voltage is it?

The extra battery we have available is going to be the exact same as the original battery that came with the bike, so you can reference the sticker information on your current model's battery for the details.

Contacted Aventon after my Pace 500 repeatedly shut down. Customer service was outstanding in helping me troubleshoot the issue. Working with the technicians, we eliminated several possible causes. We finally concluded that the battery was the issue. Aventon shipped me a new battery which resolved the issue. Customer service team was very responsive. Communications were prompt and detailed. Replacement parts shipped expeditiously. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
