Everything was great and Erik was very helpful.. The warranty approval didn’t take long and as soon as that was done battery was shipped quickly. Was very happy with new battery.

I bought this last month so far so good! I had to buy an extra battery cover though.! To put on the cover I’d highly recommend Topeaks hand bit spinner! Sadly Topeak is really greedy! You’ll have to buy the Torq stick or Torqstick pro. Also Parktool Has one the TH-3 that’s coming gonna do a test on it! Last 2 photos is how I’m storing my old battery! Over the last few months, I’ve had some issues with my bike, and the Aventon team has provided impeccable support throughout the process; they offer guidance and have always been ready to answer my questions. I’m not a mechanic, yet I’ve been able to resolve the problems thanks to their advice. They have also replaced certain parts to ensure the bike runs optimally. Choosing this brand was a great decision; I’ve owned bikes from two other brands and never received this level of service.

En los ultimos medes he tenido algunas dificultades con mi bicicleta y el equipo Aventon ha dado un acompañamiento impecable a todo, me orientan y siempre han estado dispuestos a resolver mis dudas, no soy mecanica y aun asi he podido resolver los asuntos por medio de su orientacion. Asi mismo han hecho uso de cambios de elementos de mi bicicleta para lograr un funcionameinto optimo de la misma. Ha sido una buena eleccion utilizar esta marca, he tenido dos bicicletas de dos marcas diferentes y no he recibido esto.
