For the *AVENTURE*, this is to be used with your existing battery cover and is not included. You can purchase the Aventure Battery Cover here.
For * ABOUND & SINCH ST *, this is to be used with your existing battery cover. The purchase of a battery does not arrive with an additional cover.
For PACE 500.2, this battery comes with a terminal conversion kit. This kit MUST be used before the battery is installed. For more information please submit a ticket here.

The battery works flawlessly and I'm glad Aventon had a promo going on to get an extra battery included with the purchase of a bike. With that said I do find it strange that Aventon doesn't include covers for their extra batteries, especially considering these batteries are normally $500 + shipping if there isn't a promo going on. I was willing to swap the existing battery cover from battery to battery during use but I can't even remove the cover from the battery that came with the bike because the screws seem to have thread locker on them and I don't want to strip the **** heads.
All in all I'm happy with the extra battery and am thankful the Aventon team worked with me to honor the promotion since I ordered the bike a week before the promotion went live. Thank you!

Purchased our bikes on 3/9. "Free Battery" for the Aventure 2 arrived 4/17, Level 2 battery is due for delivery 4/24. Aventon did a good job of getting our orders to us in a timely fashion. Apply for your free battery at aventon.com/pages/free-gift (Make sure it's shipped to where someone can
