Pace 500 Troubleshooting

Contacted Aventon after my Pace 500 repeatedly shut down. Customer service was outstanding in helping me troubleshoot the issue. Working with the technicians, we eliminated several possible causes. We finally concluded that the battery was the issue. Aventon shipped me a new battery which resolved the issue. Customer service team was very responsive. Communications were prompt and detailed. Replacement parts shipped expeditiously. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Needed to replace the battery on wife’s Level E bike

The quick responses and trouble shooting the Technicians did with me was terrific. The communication process was great. It was finally agreed that the battery needed replacement.
I originally was just going to replace the battery, but they gave me a few suggestions to try first and even send in a video. This confirmed to me that they actually care about their customers.
By the way, I received my new battery very quickly

Extra Battery

I ordered extra batteries for our Aventon Ramblas e bikes so we can ride longer distances next spring, summer and fall. Within 3 days the batteries were shipped, and they came in plenty of time, for the one battery to be a wonderful Christmas present! Thank-You Aventon, can’t wait to get out and ride! Gary
