Received my Level 2 in the midst of a frigid MO winter, so didn't notice there was a bit of warp to the front wheel right out the box. Replacement was sent quickly and all seems good to go...can't wait to get my first real ride in!

had to order several parts to restore my ebike, front fork, tire/rim, front brakes, fenders/rack & seat, still looking for the villian who left me for dead.
