Original port cover on new bike was delivered broken, a free replacement was sent to me (great job).
Though it appeared to be a simple installation, the new part tore while I attempted to install. Obviously, it can be installed, but without installation tips (lubricate the rubber pull tab with something?), it was impossible to install without damaging it.
***Revised review: Could not be more pleased with the immediate response from the Aventon team. Once my formerly-negative review was seen by Aventon, I received a phone call and I was allowed to clarify what the issue is. They are sending me a new part with some added tech-tips on how I can resolve the issue with the installation.

The representative experts wasn't very knowledgeable about what was needed for my ebike I had to forgive it out on my own which I did, it wasn't a very good experience for me, I'm sure that they are good people but I was disappointed in not getting the proper service for what was needed, and this particular Port charger cover doesn't fit all the way into the port charger when I press all the way into it when installing it but it still fits just not securely
