Not Bad

It wasn’t immediately apparent it was a simple closed loop end thought it was a buttoned loop.

I recommend including some directions on how it’s intended to be used.

For those wondering how to use. Take the buckle ends and feed them through the loops around what you want to mount it on (see photo). It’s a hitching loop, if you aren’t used to working with rope and eye type hitches it’s not plainly obvious in my opinion. Most people are probably expecting a hook like the cargo net or a loop strap with button (or velcro).

That said in addition to instructions maybe something done to adjust orientation of the loop or adding a ring to make the strap more flush.

Either way these are all minor issues.

How do we use this strap? I can’t find any information on your website and the packaging had no information either.

No instruction

There are no information regarding how to use this strap. Both end of the strap is closed and no velcro or anything that can be used to attach the strap with the bike. Guide me how to use it. I don't want your acknowledgement reply, that you have provided to two other reviews. I am writing this to get the guidance on how to use it.
