Excellent Warrenty service!

My Aventon Adventure 2 had a warped front rotor. I contacted Aventon Warrenty department through a e-mail, sent a video, receipt of original purchase and serial number. I received a e-mail response that same day confirming that I was going to receive a new rotor in the mail at no cost. In about a week the rotor arrived at my home. Using a video link provided in the E-Mail I was able to quickly and easily replace the rotor. Yeah no more grinding noise! Thank you Aventon!
