I didn't think I could love my Level 3 more, that is until I needed help replacing a part. Let's start by saying that prior to the Aventon, I owned a VanMoof S3, and every-time anything broke, it was easier to travel to the Netherlands than finding a spare part or a shop to work on it. My Level 3 experience has been a complete 180. Other than a minor factory defect with the throttle that was covered under warranty, nothing has ever gone wrong. The bike is beautiful, it rides like heaven, and did I mention Customer Service is out-of-this-world amazing? Yep, I'm Aventon for life! Shout out to Shemika and Scott who are my new best friends!
