All I needed was a little ****...

This part was missing from my battery cover and I asked if they'd send me one and, yes they did!

Now no more loose or misdi g screws for me, I am now whole again.

Thanks Aventon, such a small thing to give me such a big impression.

Since battery screws

Battery screws got here very quickly when ordered and were the right ones for our bikes.

Missing cover screws

I purchased two covers for the extra batteries that came with my Sinch.2 bikes. The screws were missing. I received the screws and they are fine. The reason for the low rating was the time that it took to resolve the issue. I contacted Aventon 3 times and finally got resolution after two months. Service response was dismal.
