The battery cover was easy to install on my spare battery. It makes taking it in and out of my bike much easier. It arrived within a week of ordering and with Aventon's excellent rewards program, it cost me nothing.

Another incomplete order

This is NOT good customer service. I got the exact same incomplete ofer as I did the first time. I was “assured” this would be what I needed, but just more of the same. I now have 2 battery covers with no **** to attach them to the battery, no rubber cover for the charging port, and no clear plastic cover for the battery button.
