'26 Ramblas ADV XL ticked all the boxes & doesn't disappoint...style, performance, value & quality. 6'3" great fit, smooth, quiet, comfortable ride. 45kmh no problem in ECO mode. 80km on the Shuswap North Okanagan Rail Trail was an absolute pleasure. The app's absolutely awesome! 67yrs old, very satisfied with the purchase...there was no other bike on my list. Ramblas ADV is incredible!

I recently purchased a Ramblas ADV primarily for riding up the mountain logging roads in the Oregon Cascades after trying a friends. I have made several rides climbing winding gravel roads up several thousand feet. Uphill grades can last for miles and the Ramblas does it well. I usually use the eco and trail modes with occasional turbo. I have tried the auto mode which goes through the battery a bit faster. After a 2 to 3 hour mountain ride I end up with 50% to 60% battery capacity. The forks, dropper post and gear set work very well for my needs (I'm 73 years old and this is a great way to exercise with other retired friends). The only drawback is the Ramblas was too large for my wife but she found another brand to ride along with us.

The ramblas is an excellent emtb that is capable of doing so much on the trails. The motor is very strong and the bike feels very comfortable to ride. Definitely recommend it.

Worth it... From someone who has tried many many ebikes, I would probably rank this was one of the more exciting bikes I've tried, and purchased. I've upgraded a couple things right off the bat and I just love it. The ramblas adv excels at commuting. The auto function is really a neat pedal assist feature. Interested in the range on auto. I'll be trying some local single track soon as they open the trail, but I suspect this thing will be decent on most of the trails. The motor is a 10/10. I will be testing this out on the c&o and gap trails this summer to see how well it functions as a touring steed. All in all, very happy with this purchase. I kinda love it.

I’ve built quite a few bicycles over the past 30 years, and I’m honestly impressed with the Ramblas ADV. There was minimal assembly after unboxing, and what was already assembled was done correctly.

I didn’t waste any time converting the tires over to tubeless, and the job was a snap. The fact that the rims were already taped up made the job so much faster and simpler. I also appreciated that the rims and tires were well matched, so the tires mounted up with very little fuss. I didn’t need anything more to seat the beads than a simple floor pump.

I’ve taken the bike out around my small village streets, as well as my local leg of the Empire State Trail, and the ride has been surprisingly smooth and comfortable. My local streets have some short but absurdly steep hills, and the Ramblas has handled those hills without a fuss. The strong motor quickly ramps up the power, and handles all the extra work in scooting me to the top.

The fork is reasonably plush, the derailleur shifts smoothly, and the brakes are plenty strong. I also love how the rear lights have been mounted into the seat stays. The battery lasts seemingly forever on a charge, and the mid-drive motor is impressively strong and quiet. The dropper post is a nice add-on, and the computer is well thought out.

All in all, this is a heck of a bike for the price. Aventon made some smart decisions on where to save money on this build, and put the bulk of the value in the areas that needed it most.

I even used tech support to answer some initial questions, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

I’ve held off buying an e-bike for a few years now, feeling that maybe e-bikes just weren’t quite ready for prime time. I’m glad I held out for the Ramblas ADV. This bike is more than enough for my local double track dirt trails, New York street potholes, and 30-mile round trip bike commutes. It’s going to be an awesome year of riding.

PS - I’m 5’10” with a short body and extremely long legs. I went with a size medium to make sure that the reach to the handlebars wasn’t too far. The size medium is perfect for me.
