Brake Handle Replacement

I inadvertently damaged the brake handle electrical connection when assembling my new bike. I contacted Aventon and the immediately sent out a replacement. I installed the new one in about 10 minutes and all is good. I wish more companies would invest in their customer service like Aventon. Great Job!!

Best Customer Service Ever!!

I bought 2 Aventon Adventure 2 bikes for my wife and me. We love them! The best part so far has been the follow-up care. I recently wrecked my handlebars and all right-side components. I called Aventon and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. They sent me an invoice. The parts arrived right away and worked like a charm.

Zoom to Tekpro brake upgrade on a Pace 500.

1st inbox instructions would be very helpful. Even though I watched the video on the Aventon website I missed the part that says there is a tiny **** in the end of the hose that needs to be removed. It wasn't until I watched the video for a 2nd time that I saw that part. Even just a note in the box stating this would be helpful. Other than that everything else with the install went smooth. I did need to shorten the hose about 6". Hopefully they hold up much better than the original Zoom brakes. The Zoom constantly needed bleeding. Time will tell.
