Super customer support after breaking my Soltera Display on my 3rd ride

After getting my new bike ordered online, on my 3rd ride, I felt and broke my Display. Aventon customer service replaced it by shipping a new unit for free even though it was not covered by my warranty.

Aventon Level 2 display module.

My new display came within a week. I have no issues with the new display and it works as it should. I love my bike with 3,600 miles and going strong. I had to replace the old display because I dropped my bike loading on my bike carrier. I appreciate the customer service!
