From time to time, demand may exceed supply. In some circumstances, you may see a pre-order option on some products. Placing a pre-order allows you to reserve stock that has not arrived to Aventon yet.
On our website, you'll see a few different options:
- "Add to cart" - we have this item in stock for immediate shipping
- "Pre-Order" - we don't have this item in stock, but we have an ETA. Placing your order now holds your spot in line. The ETA date shown is the date we expect stock to arrive at the Aventon warehouse.
- "Notify me when this product is available" - the item is out of stock, and we expect to receive more, but there is no confirmed ETA. Enter your email address, and we'll let you know when more stock arrives.
- "Permanently Discontinued" - we have no stock left, and don't expect to ever receive any additional inventory.
If you elect to place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged when you complete checkout. If you decide to cancel your pre-order prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund, less 2.5% (to cover the cost of credit card processing, which we do not recover when we give you a refund).
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, we'll hold your order until all items are in stock before shipment.
